WHEREAS, Jim Burton has served as City Attorney for the City of Jonesboro from 1985 - 1989; and

WHEREAS, the service rendered by Jim Burton to the City of Jonesboro and Craighead County is appreciated;

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desire to express its appreciation and gratitude for his efforts;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that resolution be spread upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro.
