Cebridge Acquisitions Co. LLC (Suddenlink) took over the TCA Cable Partners cable television franchise agreement. The resolution that authorized the assignment is Resolution 2006:11 and was approved by the City Council on February 7, 2006. No new franchise agreement was made; rather, Cebridge only took over the existing TCA Cable Partners agreement. The agreement term ends May, 2016.
