A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH RIDGELAND ENTERPRISES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SPORTS FIELD LIGHTING AT MILES AND ALLEN PARKS

Body

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro Parks and Recreation Department has planned to construct sports field lighting at Miles and Allen Park, and

WHEREAS, The Community Development Block Grant has allocated funds for the Sports Field Lighting projects at Miles and Allen Parks.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The City of Jonesboro shall contract with Ridgeland Enterprises to construct sports field lighting at Allen and Miles Park.

Section 2: The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
