AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE CLEARING, DREDGING, MOWING AND/OR SHREDDING OF DRAINAGE DITCHES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas hereby appropriates the necessary funds for the clearing, dredging, mowing and/or shredding of drainage ditches and tributaries as previously approved by Ordinance No. 3371.

SECTION 2: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
