RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE PEPSI AMERICAS EXCLUSIVE POURING RIGHTS IN THE PARKER PARK COMMUNITY CENTER

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has solicited sponsorship of the Parker Park Community Center, located at 1506 North Church Street.

WHEREAS, Pepsi Americas has agreed to provide and install basketball scoreboards for the community center for a period of 7 years.

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department shall receive a 24% commission rate on all drinks sold through vending machines.

WHEREAS, Pepsi Americas shall receive exclusive pouring rights in Parker Park Community Center for a period of 7 years.

WHEREAS, this agreement shall terminate on November 1^st, 2008.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Parks and Recreation Department shall provide Pepsi Americas exclusive pouring rights in the Parker Park Community Center located at 1506 North Church Street for a period of 7 years.
