RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY CLERK RETURN TO HER DUTIES

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Mayor be instructed to notify the City Clerk that she must return to her duties by August 20 or tell the council when she plans to return, or the office of City Clerk shall be declared vacant.
