RESOLUTION DATED 09/20/76 APPROVING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLAN, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM JONESBORO, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas has been approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Community Development Grant under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas has prepared a Property Management Plan relating to the management of any acquired land and/or properties that are obtained through use of Community Development Block Grant Funds; and

WHEREAS, the City is desirous of adopting this Property Management Plan dated August, 1976, which is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

(1)                     That the Property Management Plan as attached, dated August 1976, is hereby approved and adopted this 20^th day of September, 1976.
