RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ADOPT A REVISED EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, the current employee handbook was previously revised by RES-24:167 on December 17, 2024; and
WHEREAS, this handbook serves as the primary policies and procedures manual for all employees; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for a revised employee handbook that outlines updated information and procedures.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1. The City of Jonesboro Employee Handbook is hereby adopted by reference, as though set out herein word by word, as a guide for all employees of the City of Jonesboro.
Section 2. The City of Jonesboro Employee Handbook will be effective for all employees.
Section 3. All previous editions of any employee handbook for the City of Jonesboro are hereby repealed in their entirety.
