RESOLUTION TO REQUEST FREE ELECTRICAL AND WATER SERVICE FROM CITY WATER AND LIGHT FOR VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that City Water and Light of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be requested by this resolution to provide free electrical and water service to the following locations:
1. 315 Allis, Jonesboro, Arkansas
2. 1911 E. Matthews (Adopt an Intersection - Island at Matthews and Washington)
3. 102 E. Nettleton
To permit such service to be provided without charge, the City of Jonesboro hereby affirms to City Water and Light that the ultimate use of the power so provided is now and shall remain a use or purpose which the city is engaged in as part of its governmental or proprietary functions under authority granted to it by state law.
