CITY COUNCIL AGENDA - December 5, 1994
1. Call to order by Mayor at 7:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk
3. Approval of minutes from November 14, 1994, and November 21, 1994, as mailed.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential Three to Commercial Three, located on Stadium Blvd. between Race Street and Fairview Road. (David Gary)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate unimproved portions of streets located on lots G, H and K in Caldwell's Subdivision. (Mr. Rhiddlehoover)
(C) 3rd reading - An ordinance setting standards for persons or firms to operate emergency transport services within the city limits.
5. Review Bid No. 94:45 - Liability Insurance (General) - All Departments
6. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free service at 4918 S. Culberhouse for the beautification project.
7. Resolution certifying local government endorsement of Jonesboro Concrete Pipe Co. Inc. to participate in the Enterprise Zone Program.
