B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3 and C-5) to Residential (R-3), located on the south side of Lakewood Drive, west of Wood Duck Cove. (Tipton Ross)
5. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute contracts and agreements for Mata Right of Way for Betty S. White at 1805 W. Nettleton, Parcel No. 95.
