RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION ACTION ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, it has been found to be unlawful for any person or persons to keep or maintain any house, building and/or structure within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas which constitutes a nuisance and which is found and declared to be a nuisance; and

WHEREAS, the following properties have been found and declared to be a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas;

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the following properties are hereby condemned:

(1)                     A house located at 504 ½ S. Patrick

(2)                     A house located at 1809 Wofford

(3)                     A house located at 1004 Haltom

(4)                     A house located at 1012 Haltom

(5)                     A house located at 1016 Haltom

(6)                     A house located at 707 E. Creath

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2^nd day of January, 1990.
