RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SELL PROPERTY LOCATED AT    W. WOODROW, JONESBORO, AR TO KID'S BIBLE CLUB-COMMUNITY OF CHRIST.

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to sell and the Kids Club-Community of Christ desires to purchase that property acreage owned by the City of Jonesboro being described as follows, to wit:

Lot 18, Block 1, Haltom's Second Addition to the City of Jonesboro

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO THAT:

1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept the following purchase price of $2500.00 due and payable upon closing.  The City of Jonesboro shall furnish Title Insurance and a Warranty Deed upon closing.

2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
