A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS RESIDENTIAL HOUSING AND HEALTH CARE FACILITIES BOARD

WHEREAS, subsequent to the creation of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas Residential Housing and Health Care Facilities Board, Arkansas law has been amended to alter the way in which members of public facilities boards are appointed and reappointed; Mr. Steve Baker has been appointed to complete the term of Mr. Mark Fowler and Mr. Don Ray has been replaced by Dr. Susan Hanrahan; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Arkansas Code of 1987 Annotated § 14-137-108(a)(3)(B)(iii), the members of the Board have been appointed and reappointed, to serve terms ending as follows:

WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the appointment and reappointment of the member of the Board be confirmed pursuant to Arkansas Code of 1987 § 14-137-108(a)(3)(B)(i);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
Section 1: The following persons are hereby confirmed as the members of the City of Jonesboro Residential Housing and Health Care Facilities Board, to serve the following terms:

Section 2: All resolutions in conflict herewith are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
