On the 17^th day of January, 1972, the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas, approved, by resolution duly executed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk, a transfer and assignment of the stock ownership of Jonesboro Cable Television, Inc. to International Cablevision Corporation, Inc, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.1142; and whereas, the Council has now been advised that International Cablevision Corporation, Inc. desires that such transfer and assignment be made to G - J Video, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of International Cablevision Corporation, Inc., a

IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas, meeting in regular session on this 7^th day of February, 1972, that the transfer and assignment of the stock ownership of Jonesboro Cable Television, Inc. to G -J Video, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of International Cablevision Corporation, Inc., be and is hereby approved.
