RESOLUTION TO RESTRICT USAGE OF CITY OWNED VEHICLES

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

That a resolution has been adopted prohibiting city owned vehicles to be used as transportation for employees to and from work if this involves the vehicles leaving the Jonesboro city limits. The exception to this being the vehicle used and garaged b the caretaker at Craighead Forest Park.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro.
