A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CONTENTS OF "THE RULES AND REGULATIONS HANDBOOK OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT" IN THEIR ENTIRETY (NOTE: THIS MANUAL WAS AMENDED BY RES-98:1044 ON JUNE 1, 1998)

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Jonesboro:
SECTION 1: The provisions of this article shall apply equally to all employees of the Jonesboro Police Department.
SECTION 2: "The Rules and Regulations Handbook of the Police Department" and "The Policy and Procedures Manual of the Police Department" are hereby approved and adopted in their entirety.
SECTION 3: Any and all additions, amendments, deletions, and subtractions to or from "The Rules and Regulations Handbook of the Police Department" and "The Policy and Procedures Manual of the Police Department" that are proposed following the passage of this article must be submitted to the City Council for approval and adoption by resolution.
SECTION 4: All Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith the hereby repealed.
