AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTIONS 10-22 THROUGH 10-24

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
Section 1: That, Sections 10-22 through 10-24 are hereby specifically repealed.
Section 2: It is found and declared by the City Council that sections 10-22 through 10-24 are redundant and the same materials are covered in Sections 10-25 A through C; and that therefore, this Ordinance being necessary for preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1976.
