A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH BRACKETT KRENNERICH & ASSOCIATES, P.A. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE ADDITIONS AND RENOVATION OF CITY HALL

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to obtain the services of an architect to plan additions and renovation to City Hall; and
WHEREAS, Brackett Krennerich & Associates P.A. has been selected to perform this professional service;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1: The City of Jonesboro approves the contract for architectural services with Brackett Krennerich & Associates, P.A. for the additions and renovation to City Hall.
Section 2: The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
