1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll Call by City Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from regular meeting held May 20, 2002, as delivered.
4. City Attorney
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon an unimproved seven and one half (7.5') foot utility easement, located in Lot 11 in Block D of Gregory Subdivision Phase I. (Dennis Gregory)
5. Resolution directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute contracts and agreements for the following Mata Rights-of-way:
· Kenneth and Stacy Adams, 809 West Nettleton Ave., Parcel 44.
· William S. Aycock, 726 West Nettleton Ave, Parcel 29.
6. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free utility service to 832 E. Hope Avenue, for Hope Street Park.
7. Reappointment of Mr. Wallace Fowler to the Jonesboro Municipal Airport Commission with an expiration date of April 2007.
8. New Business by the Mayor.
· Mr. Paul Suskie, North Little Rock City Attorney to address the Jonesboro City Council regarding Support Abatement Fines Enforcement (SAFE) and drug abatement.
9. New Business by the Council.
