AN ORDINANCE FOR A PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR CLASSIC HOSPITALITY DBA AS DON JOSE LOCATED AT 2200 WILKINS AVENUE

WHEREAS, Classic Hospitality has applied for a private club permit to be located at 2200 Wilkins Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, Classic Hospitality desires to receive approval for a private club to be located at 2200 Wilkins Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
Classic Hospitality’s application for a private club permit is hereby approved and it shall be and is entitled to apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of Arkansas for a private club license to be located at 2200 Wilkins Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
