RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL TO RECOGNIZE MR. HAGGENMACHER, MR. JOHNSON AND SHIRLEY POWELL FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE

BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service that Mr. Haggenmacher has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during the years he has served as Alderman. (Jan. 1978)                     

WHEREAS, Mr. Johnson has served the City of Jonesboro as Alderman since July 1980; and

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to spread the following Resolution upon the minutes:

RESOLVED, that the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service Mr. Johnson has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens.

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to spread the following Resolution upon the minutes:

RESOLVED, that the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service Shirley Powell has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens.

WHEREAS; Shirley Powell has served the City of Jonesboro as City Clerk since January 1975.
