RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE STRAND THEATER

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas is desirous of submitting an application for funding under the Economic Development Administration for the Renovation of the Strand Theater in an amount of $200,000 Federal Funds and the remainder in City Funds.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas;

That the City hereby approves the filing of an application for federal funds of the renovation of the Strand Theater under the Economic Development Administration Act.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1^st day of August, 1977.
