(A) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located at the corner of Willow Road and Access Road, East of Fallis Trailer Park. (Allie G. Fallis)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located at the intersection of Highland and Commerce Drive. (Kathy Goodman)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Commercial Three to Commercial Two, located at Market Place, 200 feet north of Nettleton, just west of Ramada Inn. (Bob Harrison)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Industrial One to Residential Two, located at Farrville just west of the Fire Station and north of Highway 49 at old airstrip. (Robert Chastain)

7. Set an appeal hearing regarding a denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, to rezone property located at 500 Ridge Crest, as requested by Ms. Mary Mitchell.
8. Resolution authorizing the condemnation of property located at 704 Warren and at 231 S. McClure.
