3. Approval of minutes from September 21, 1998, meeting as delivered.
4. City Attorney
(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon an unimproved portion of the 300 and 400 blocks of east Novak. (Jerry Craft)
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action on two Jonesboro properties, 506 Krewson, and 1619 Easley Lane.
6. Resolution expressing the willingness of the City of Jonesboro to cooperate in a program regarding warning signs at bridges.
7. Set an Appeal Hearing regarding a denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3). (Jay Gunter)
