A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT A DRAINAGE EASEMENT FROM JOHN K. HOUSEHOLDER AND DEANA D. HOUSEHOLDER THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND MAINTAINING DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the following described easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining drainage improvements:
A 15 feet wide by 50 feet section of real property in the remote northeast corner of Lot 58, positioned behind the entrance signage of Sloan Lake Estates Subdivision, located at the corner of Casey Springs Road and Sloan Lake Drive, as shown by plat cabinet C page 201, recorded on August 14, 2009, in Section 28, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: precisely 7 and one-half feet to each side of the installed approximately 50 feet of concrete conduit or pipe as constructed beneath the surface.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the easement described above.
