RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY TO CARI ANN GULLEY

WHEREAS, the City desires to sell a portion of said property to Cari Ann Gulley in order to square up the boundaries and clear up an existing encroachment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro that:

1.  The City of Jonesboro shall sell to Cari Ann Gulley the following described real property:

Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, Craighead County, Arkansas; thence South 88°39'26" West a distance of 340.07 feet; thence North 00°32'15" East a distance of 60.03 feet; thence North 88°39'26" East a distance of 124.23 feet; thence North 00°06'38" West a distance of 155.16 feet; thence South 45°43'29" East a distance of 301.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.70 acres.

2.  That Cari Ann Gulley shall pay the sum of $13,983.22 in full upon closing.

3.  That Mayor Harold Perrin and City Clerk Donna Jackson are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate this transaction.
