WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to purchase the property located at Tract 2, Hwy 351/Aggie Road Intersection (AHTD 100790 - Tract 2), Jonesboro, Arkansas for the purpose of street improvements
WHEREAS, an Offer has been made and accepted by Jim Johnson, Joe Johnson, and Gary Johnson dated March 6, 2015 agreeing to sell their property located at Tract 2, Hwy 351/Aggie Road Intersection (AHTD 100790 -Tract 2), Jonesboro, Arkansas more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
