RESOLUTION TO RENAME THE PLAT OF WESTERN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION TO THE REVISED PLAT OF WESTERN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION

BE IT RESOLVED that the attached plat was approved by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas, at a regular meeting held on April 7, 1958, at which a quorum was present, and said City Council at said meeting did accept the dedication of all streets and alleys shown hereon and agreed to the perpetual care and upkeep of the same by the City of Jonesboro; and at said meeting of said City Council the Plat of Western Heights Sub-division filed August 15, 1955 at 4:00 P. M. recorded in Deed Record Book 123 at page 25, and Plat of Part of Blocks “A” and “B” dated March 31, 1955, filed September 30, 1955 at 3:25 P. M. of record in Deed Record Book 123 at page 30 in the records of the Circuit Clerk in the Jonesboro District, Craighead County, Arkansas, were revoked, and it was further agreed that said Sub-division should hereafter be known as the Revised Plat of Western Heights Sub-division.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1958.
