A RESOLUTION TO CONDEMN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1807 IRBY

WHEREAS, the above property has been inspected and determined to be unsuitable for human habitation.  All the stipulations have been met in the condemnation process in order to proceed with the condemnation of the property located at 1807 Irby. 

WHEREAS, the above property was brought before the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas and reviewed for Condemnation action. 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:  The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas should proceed with the condemnation of the property located at 1807 Irby.
