4. City Attorney:
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), located on the west side of Caraway Road, north of Golf Course Drive. (Linda Kerr)
5. Resolution documenting the review of the Annual Audit report for the year ending December 31, 1999, and providing for appropriate action on audit findings.
6. Resolution authorizing the conveyance of property for construction of a U.S. 63 Frontage road to Joe Mac Campbell Park.
7. Set a public hearing for the purpose of establishing the Kid's Kabbie transport service, as requested by Martha McMillin.
8. New Business by the Mayor.
