BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that;
Funds be appropriated in the lint items included below for salary and benefit changes effective February 1, 1994. The total of funds to be appropriated in General Funds from unallocated sales tax reserves is $117,242.
