BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

SECTION 1: That Mr. Tim Redden is the owner of the following described property and that said owner is hereby ordered to remove or raze the building upon said property within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Ordinance.

SECTION 2: That said property is hereinafter set forth in this section, giving the street address and the hazard which it constitutes to the citizens of Jonesboro, Arkansas, the same being as follows; the property is located at 645 West Warner Street, Jonesboro Arkansas and said structure is deficient as follows: The kitchen sink, lavatory, tub and water closet are not maintained in good sanitary working condition, these fixtures are considered unsanitary and dilapidated; the electrical wiring throughout the structure is deteriorated and needs replacement; exterior walls are not maintained and in sound condition and good repair on the South side of structure; the roof has major damage to the South half of the structure; windows and doors on the south half of the structure are missing; structure needs painting after exterior walls are repaired; interior floors are buckled and uneven and need extensive repair; walls and ceilings need major repair through out the structure; structural supports are questionable due to fire damage, repair is needed.

SECTION 3: The City Attorney is hereby directed to institute such legal proceedings, as may be necessary, in order to enforce the provisions of this Ordinance and to remedy he dangers and unsightly conditions brought about as a result of the failure of the owner to properly keep up said property.
