CITY COUNCIL AGENDA - February 7, 2000

1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

2. Roll call by Clerk.

3. Approval of minutes from January 17, 2000 as delivered.

Request by Mr. Bill Ebbert to address Council regarding responsibilities, for Jonesboro Real Estate, to discuss Article 16, Section 13 of the Arkansas Constitution, and to request a committee be appointed to review conflicts, and make recommendations to the Council.

A. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential R-2 to Commercial C-5, located at 1101 S. Main. (Paul Koros)

B. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential R-1 to Industrial I-1, located on the northwest corner of Harrisburg and Apt Drive. (Wayne Dover)

C. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial C-3 to Industrial I-1, located on the east side of Tall Birch Road, approximately 1,000' west of Strawfloor Drive. (Floyd Wineland)
