BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

1.      That the final accounting of Jonesboro Sewer Improvement District No. 2, being a year-end summary of receipts for the year 2000 filed February 22, 2001 with the City Clerk of the City of Jonesboro, be and it is hereby approved.

2.      That all bonds of the District having been retired and all activities taken by the Commissioners of the District having been completed, the District is therefore dissolved and the Commissioners discharged without further responsibility.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED, this 18^th day of June, 2001.
