City Water & Light (CWL) land lease for property located at Cherry & Culberhouse

City Water & Light (CWL) entered into a lease agreement with the City for the east 100 feet and the north 144 feet of lot 1, Block 8 of Culberhouse Third Addition and was signed on July 22, 1987. The lease shall continue from year-to-year until either party gives the other party written notice 30 days before the ending of any calendar year. CWL also entered into a lease agreement with the City for all of block eight of Culberhouse Third Addition, less and except the east 115 feet of said block eight, which includes the area of the Culberhouse Water Pumping Station, play area and a strip of land 15 feet west of existing fence. The lease for this property is for 25 years starting February 15, 1974.
