BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:      
 
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereby adopts the following changes at multi-way stop intersections in the City:
 
Flint And College                        Stop Flint
Culberhouse, College and Wood            Stop Culberhouse & College
Culberhouse and Lawson                  Stop Culberhouse
Rains and Richmond                        Stop Richmond
Wood and Rosemond                        Stop Rosemond
Rains and Wilkins                        Stop Wilkins
Bridge and Cate                        Stop Cate
Bridge and Creath                        Stop Creath
Culberhouse And Burke                  Stop Burke
Madison and Oak                        Stop Oak
Madison and Cherry                        Stop Cherry
Church and Cherry                        Stop Cherry
Kitchen and Oak                        Stop Oak
Cobb and Oak                              Stop Cobb
Culberhouse and Parkview                  Stop Parkview
 
SECTION 2: This Ordinance authorizes the City of Jonesboro Street Department to make the above changes as manpower and equipment become available.
 
SECTION 3: This Ordinance authorizes the use of temporary measures to educate the citizens of Jonesboro on the changes to these intersections, as deemed necessary by the City of Jonesboro Street Department.
 
SECTION 4: This Ordinance, being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, there is hereby declared to be an emergency and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
