RESOLUTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON AN ALLEY BETWEEN VINE AND WALNUT STREET IN BLOCK “P” OF NISBETT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed for the closing of the east and west alley through block “P” of Nisbett Addition to the City of Jonesboro, said block being bounded on the east by Vine Street, on the west by Walnut Street, on the south by Burke Avenue and on the north by Cotton Belt Avenue;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk publish a notice to all persons interested as required by law for two weekly insertions, advising that the matter will be heard at the meeting of the Council on March 4, 1963.
