A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SPRINGBROOK SOFTWARE, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES.

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has received a contract from Springbrook Software, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, this Contract is for the purposes of purchasing disaster recovery services; and

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro believes said contract is for the use and benefit of the City of Jonesboro and all its residents; and

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Jonesboro that the City Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute this contract.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1:  This contract is for the purpose of purchasing disaster recovery services for $23,000.  

SECTION 2:  The contract shall be for 36 months.

SECTION 3:  That this contract is for the best interest of the residents of the City of Jonesboro.

SECTION 4:  That the money shall come from 01-110-0296-00

SECTION 5:  The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said contract.
