RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE AND ISSUE CAPITAL NOTES IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY FROM L.L. AND CALLIE W. COBLE

BE IT RESOLVED that under provisions of 1123 of the Code of Ordinance, the City of Jonesboro purchase and issue capital notes for the following described property. Upon purchase being completed, the Mayor and City Clerk shall file certificates accurately describing the tracts and acknowledging the real estate lien or mortgage securing the notes described in Ordinance 1123;

Lot 11 in Block One, of Broadaway's Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, owned by L.L. Coble and his wife Callie W. Coble.

Purchase price: $12,000.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 17^th day of April, 1967.
