The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met on Thursday, March 5, 1970 in a special work session in the courtroom of the City Hall.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Scott, Ulmer, Lane, Melton, King, Griffin, Spurlock, and Gene Martz (Building Inspector).
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Scott.
After discussing at length the recommendations and conditions as outline by Harland, Bartholomew and Associates on Mobil Home Parks.
Notes were taken on master outline, which is to be retyped and presented to the City Attorney for presentation to the City Council.
Some discussion on enforcement of zoning regulations also was discussed.
Also discussed was individual “Mobile Home” on single lots, no action was taken but it was agreed that they must meeting zoning requirement of the area where they are located.
Meeting was adjourned at 10:45 P.M.
