AN ORDINANCE INCORPORATING INTO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, ARKANSAS THE FOLLOWING LANDS, TO WIT:

Begin at the ¼ corner of Sections 24 and 25, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, thence north on the ¼ Section line 1,318 feet; thence west on the south line of the NE1/4 of SW ¼ of Section24, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, 327.2 feet; thence north on the west line of the east ¼ of the NE1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, to the ¼ Section line; thence west on the ¼ Section line to the center line of Christian Creek; thence south and southwesterly along center line of Christian Creed to the Section line between Sections 24 and 25, Township 14 North, Range 3 East; thence east on the Section line to the ¼ corner of Section 24 and 25, or the point of beginning, lying and being situated in Craighead County, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of January 1960, the County Court of Craighead County, Arkansas, made an Order annexing certain lands therein described to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas pursuant to Petition of Trumann Homes, Inc. and
WHEREAS, the signer of sign Petition constituted the owner of all of the land in the affected area; and
WHEREAS, it would be tot eh best interest of the City of Jonesboro and the citizens thereof that said property be incorporated into and become a part of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
Section 1: That the following lands, to-wit:
