1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from August 16, 1999, as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on 4905 and 4911 Southwest Drive. (Ruben Griffin)
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to abandon portions of Main Street and Belmont Street all in the Belmont Addition. (Fowler Foods)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-5) to Commercial (C-3), located on the southwest corner of Race Street and Spence Circle. (David Rees)
5. Resolution setting a public hearing to abandon an unnamed street, west of Mead Drive running parallel with Parker Road. (James Mead)
6. Resolution requesting numerous traffic signs be place within the city limits of Jonesboro, Arkansas, as approved by Captain Rainey and the Metropolitan Area Traffic Authority.
7. Reappointment of Jo Ann Cooper to the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library Board of Trustees, with an expiration date of January 1, 2004.
