RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ENTER INTO A LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT WITH BRACKETT KRENNERICH FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE FOR RENOVATION OF THE JONESBORO RECREATIONAL CENTER (FORMERLY YMCA)

Body

WHEREAS, The City is in need of architectural services for the renovation of the Jonesboro Recreational Center (Former YMCA); and

WHEREAS, Brackett Krennerich has been selected to provide said service for the sum of eighteen thousand seven hundred and fifty ($18,750.00) Dollars.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO THAT:

SECTION 1:  The City of Jonesboro desires to enter into a Letter of Engagement with Brackett Krennerich for renovation of the Jonesboro Recreational Center (Former YMCA) for the sum of $18,750.00.

SECTION 2:  That Mayor Harold Perrin and City Clerk Donna Jackson are authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate this agreement.
