RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING CLOSING AN ALLEY BOUNDED BY SHARP AND MADISON STREETS

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed for the closing of the east 150 feet of the east and west alley running through Block 3 of Krewson’s Addition to the City of Jonesboro, said block being bounded on the east by Madison Street, on the west by Sharp Street, on the south by Huntington Avenue and on the north by Krewson Avenue.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk publish a notice to all persons interested as required by law, for two weekly insertions, advising that the matter will be heard at the meeting of the Council on the 3^rd day of August, 1964, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached by Council.
