A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO RELEASE LIEN ON PROPERTY

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro has filed a tax lien against property in Micklish Addition. That said tax lien was not filed correctly and needs to be released by the City of Jonesboro.

WHEREAS, a Release Lien authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to release this property from the Tax Collector Office for Craighead County, Arkansas is attached herewith as Exhibit "A".

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The Mayor, Harold Perrin, and the City Clerk, Donna K. Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this release.
