AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING EAST ALPINE STREET FOR PURPOSES OF PUBLIC USE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AND FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro,

Arkansas:

Section 1: East Alpine Street is located within the City limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Section 2: East Alpine Street has been dedicated to public use and has been constructed in accordance with all applicable City codes and ordinances.

Section 3: That portion of East Alpine located with Cayman Villas is hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas and shall forthwith be a public thoroughfare and shall be maintained and repaired by the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Section 4: The Ordinance shall take effects and be in full force ninety (90) days from the date of its passage.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 15^th day of December, 1980.
