Garry Meadows Construction was awarded the contract for the Turtle Creek Greenway Phase I Section II, III & IV improvements - Job No. 2009:34 and was signed on March 8, 2010. The contract amount is for $122,571.37 for Section II, $101,483.96 for Section III, $26,185 for Section IV for a total of $250,240.33 and the work is to be completed within 180 days. The resolution number is RES-10:005 and was approved by the City Council on February 16, 2010.
Change Order #1 was signed by the Mayor on August 30, 2010. It increases Phase I - Section II to include material excavation to provide more storage in the pond. The new contract amount is $260,190.33.
Change Order #2 was signed by the Mayor on August 30, 2010. It also increases Phase I - Section II to include additional compacted embankment to address safety concerns and will be more esthetically pleasing. The new contract amount is $270,140.33.
Change Order #3 was signed by the Mayor on January 5, 2011. It decreases the contract amount to $268,564.02.
