Description of property to be abandoned: That portion of Belmont Avenue running east and west between Madison Street & Highway No. 39, being bordered on the north by Lot 13, Block "B" of Belmont Addition and bounded on the south by Lots 1 & 2 of Block "E: of Belmont Addition, said Lots 1 & 2 of Block "E" now being alson known as Lot 1 of George R. Allen's Subdivision, said street being 50 feet in width and 31.3 feet in length on the south line of said street and approximately 60 feet in length on the north line of said street
