BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954, known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From R-1 to R-2 the following described property:

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 17, Township 14 North, Range 4 East; thence run S. 01º32'00" W. a distance of 1000.00 ft. to a point, said point being the point of beginning; thence continue S. 01º32'00" W. a distance of 112.00 ft. to a point; thence run S. 89º46'00" E. a distance of 192.00 ft. to a point; thence run N. 00º53'00" E. a distance of 108.10 ft. to a point; thence run N. 88º36'06" W. a distance of 190.72 ft. to a point, said point being the point of beginning, containing 0.48 acres.
